We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of tickets through our TIX ticketing system. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund policy:

  1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available for tickets purchased through our TIX ticketing system. Refunds will only be issued to the person who purchased the tickets.
  2. Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted to our customer service team at least 48 hours before the start of the event. Refund requests can be made by contacting our customer service team via email, phone, or live chat.
  3. Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the refund request is approved.
  4. Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the face value of the ticket(s) purchased. Service fees, processing fees, and other fees associated with the purchase will not be refunded.
  5. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend the event for which you purchased tickets, no refund will be issued.
  6. Event Cancellation: In the event that the event for which you purchased tickets is canceled, we will issue a full refund for the face value of the ticket(s) purchased.
  7. Event Postponement: If the event for which you purchased tickets is postponed, your ticket(s) will be honored for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a refund will be issued for the face value of the ticket(s) purchased.
